We encourage you to take advantage of touchless ticketing. Here’s how to get your tickets 100% digitally. Physical tickets are also available onsite. See below for more information.
Online
You’ll receive your Single-day Tickets, Multiday Tickets, Event Tickets (including Evening Programs) and Annual Passes in your email directly after purchase. You can also view your tickets online when you create a Colonial Williamsburg account.* If you have already created an account, login at colonialwilliamsburg.org to access your order history and see your tickets. If you have not yet created an account, but wish to see your tickets digitally, create one using the same email address you used to purchase the tickets, and they will be added to your account.
Once you've purchased your tickets, you can access them under “My Tickets.” Your tickets will be activated on the date that you selected when purchasing them.†
If you would prefer printed tickets, you may print your emailed tickets or visit a Colonial Williamsburg ticketing location to have physical tickets made. If you are visiting as part of a group that wishes to split up, each person in the group may use either a copy of the printed e-tickets or physical tickets from a ticketing location.
Whether you’re using emailed or online tickets on your mobile device, printed emailed tickets, or physical tickets from a ticketing location, please be prepared to display your ticket at all entry points. This includes all trades, sites and the Art Museums of Colonial Williamsburg.
*If your order contains a ticket type that cannot be redeemed digitally (such as a Bounce ticket), you will not be able to redeem any part of your order digitally. See below for on-site ticket redemption information.
†If the date you selected when purchasing tickets is not the day you plan to visit, you will need to visit one of our on-site ticketing locations.
On-Site
Physical tickets can be printed on-site at the Lumber House Ticket Office, The Colonial Williamsburg Regional Visitor Center, and the Art Museums of Colonial Williamsburg.
